- By entering into the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- This promotion is open to all UK residents, except for employees and agencies of Chiarafashion or any other person connected to this promotion. The promoter (Chiarafashion) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- This is a free prize draw. No purchase necessary.
- The Prize is £250 worth of gift vouchers per week, there is no cash alternative.
- To enter this promotion, participants must either talk about the promotion via Twitter or Facebook.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. However, should the participant 'tweet' via Twitter about the promotion, or 'Invite Friends' via Facebook, they will be entered into the promotion twice.
- No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted.
- The promotion starts on Thursday 24 June 2010 and lasts until Friday 23 July 2010
- All entries must be received by 23:59(GMT) on Friday 23 July 2010 to be eligible.
- The winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received.
- The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the closing date. Should this e-mail be returned as undeliverable for any reason including but not restricted to an invalid email address, Chiarafashion reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
- Chiarafashion accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.
- By entering this promotion you give permission for Chiarafashion to post your first name initial, surname and home town on our site should you win the promotion.
- By entering this prize draw you are opting in to receive email newsletters from Chiarafashion informing you of offers, products or promotions we think you'll be interested in. You may unsubscribe to this email newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.
- The Prize will be sent to the winner within 28 days of confirmation that they have won the free prize draw.
- Entrants should be 18 years and above.
- The promoter's decision is final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
- This promotion is governed by English law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
