On the invoice you receive with each order there will be a free returns stamp on the top left hand corner. Simply put this stamp on your parcel and take it to the post office where they'll send it for free, all you need to do is get a proof of postage.
Unfortunately our returns stamp is only valid in the UK
We aim to process refunds within 21 working days of receiving your returned item.
Refunds will go back onto the card you originally paid with. If you paid via Paypal or Google checkout your refund will go back onto these accounts.
If you would like to know if we have received your returned items simply contact us on our customer care email address and a member of our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
In order to get a full refund for your order we need to receive your items within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot allow within 14 days of receipt as our timeframe as we do not know the exact dates each customer receives their order.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different items just fill out your returns form on the back of your invoice stating which item you'd like to swap it for. Please contact us by phone or email to confirm your return- this way our customer care team can reserve your exchange item for you. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for exchange items which are returned to us.
When we receive your returned item we will contact you letting you know the difference in costs, we can then arrange a method of payment to cover the new costs that suits you best.
We aim to send out your exchange items within 2-3 days of receiving your previous item.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for exchange items. We can offer you another exchange item to replace it however a delivery charge of £3.50 (£4.50 international) will be applied.
We offer free returns for the first stage of each transaction, after this it is up to you to cover the return costs of your exchange item if you wish to return it again.
We use a variety of courier services to ensure that your order arrives on time. Currently our next day orders are not sent with Royal Mail.
All of our next day delivery orders have tracking numbers, if you select the standard delivery options these orders are sent with Royal Mail and do not have tracking numbers.
Our courier service deliver up to 6pm, if you do not receive your order by this point just email our customer care team and they can track your order for you to see what the problem was. If the delay was due to our courier team we will refund you the postage costs.
If part of your order is missing, just give us a call or email us and our customer care team can look into it for you. If a product is out of stock you will receive a delivery note on your sticker with the redelivery date for your item.
As soon as you notice you have ordered the wrong product please call or email us so we can change you order for you. If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

The majority of our orders are placed online, however you can call our customer service team to place an order if you are having difficulties.
We have a size guide in the top right hand corner of our website. We also provide measurements for each item on the product detail page. Our products are measured when they are laid out flat on a table. If you need more information about a product please email our customer care team.

If you haven't received your order please contact our customer care team. We have to wait 14 working days before Royal Mail consider the parcel to be lost, after this we can file a missing post claim and send you out a replacement or issue you with a refund.
